Wyclef Jean was struck in the hand by a bullet in Port-au-Prince around 11 p.m. last night.
He was in Haiti to raise support for presidential candidate Michel Martelly, was treated at the hospital and released.
According to his publicist, Cindy Tanenbaum, "He is doing well," but offered no further details about the incident.
