Chris recently appeared in an L.A. courtroom for a progress report where his attorney, Mark Geragos asked the judge to remove the restraining order against Rihanna.
According to RadarOnline, before the request can be granted, Rihanna's attorney must approve the modification from a "stay away" order to a "do not annoy."

lol...really! i agree & think they must miss each other too! especially since it never "ended" by choice! & now that she's done with all her failed attempts to get over her ex with a next....yeah...i wouldn't be surprised if shortly after we spot them out & about! just don't know how that will effect CB's progress...will media accept it?!
ok so my thing is, I kind of miss their TOXIC love?! lol...sad i know?1 lol
