Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry Have Called It Quits!
Actress Halle Berry and Canadian model Gabriel Aubry have called it quits after 5 years together. RadarOnline.com has learned that Halle and Gabriel have called it quits and worked out a financial and custody deal for their daughter, Nahla Ariela Aubry, who was born March 16th 2008. They spent months hammering out a deal with a lawyer.
"Gabriel just felt it wasn't working anymore," the source says. "When they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn't phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love, But as time went on he started feeling it more and more. Also, Gabriel started noticing other women, and being attracted to other, and he felt it just wasn't right to stay with Halle in those circumstances."

Amelia Negron, is preparing a federal suit against the city because she claims she was forced to falsely confess she was trying to Sneak A Peek at Lil Wayne.

"The door to the area was unlocked, and so I went in to say hello, and that officer said, 'Hey, you can't be here. We've got a celeb here.' I said, 'Okay, no problem,' turned around and left," Negron said.
She said that, after the short exchange, her superiors claimed she was trying to cozy up to Weezy.
"We did nothing wrong, but we were threatened with criminal charges, transfers, suspensions," she said.
Correction Officers' Benevolent Association President Norman Seabrook told her he would take care of things if she just admitted she was spying on the "Lollipop" singer, Negron claimed.
Seabrook said that's a lie.
"I wasn't the one who went into an unauthorized area. That wasn't me; that was her," he said. "The only reason I got involved is because they were going to suspend her."
On April 19, the city Department of Correction fired Negron, claiming she had missed too many days of work.
Negron, who was hired in 2008, contends the missed days were for an injury she suffered at the firing range, when she was struck in the hand and chest by another officer's gunfire.
"I was injured, eventually had to have surgery on my left hand, and they knew that all along," she said.
But sources said Negron violated sick leave policy four times and had been out for 91 days during her short tenure.
A Correction Department spokesman noted Negron was a probationary employee and said her firing was "entirely appropriate."

Sandra Bullock Finally Speaks: She Secretly Adopted a Son & Filed for Divorce!
The Oscar-winning actress reveals to PEOPLE that in January she adopted a 3 month old boy from New Orleans.
Sandra and her estranged husband, Jesse James began the adoption process 4 years ago but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars.
"I did not want him brought into a world that would not have been too sincere to him as I wanted. I wanted to be alone with him as long as I could then we had to tell his story." -Sandra BullockJust days after Bullock took home her trophy, James' many affairs came to light. The actress says she is now adopting as a single parent and is divorcing her husband.
"Yes, I have filed for divorce," she told PEOPLE magazine, adding that she is "sad and scared" about it.I'm just glad that she adopted a child from the United States unlike other celebrities. There are so many children right here in the U.S. that need a nice home and loving family but everyone is instead adopting children from other countries. Good for you Sandra.

Ex-'Girlfriends' Star, Jill Marie Jones Gets New Gig With TBS
Ive been wondering when she was going to get a new gig. Ever since she quit my favorite show "girlfriends" to "pursue other acting jobs" I haven't seen much of her, except for those corny Baileys commercials. Well now...
Jill will star as the title character Gillian in a new series called 'Gillian in Georgia,' which follows a hip, single New Yorker who visits her family in a small town in Georgia.Source
The show will also star 'Stomp the Yard' actor Darrin Henson as her love interest, 'Napoleon Dynamite' actress Shondrella Avery as her sister and James Mathis II, who appeared in 'The Matrix.'
It will make its debut during commercial segments following TBS's 'Tyler Perry's Meet the Browns' at 8 pm on April 28 with two new episodes showing each Wednesday for five consecutive weeks within commercial time.

Remy Ma's Victim Suing Label
Makeda Barnes-Joseph is now looking to get paid for the 2007 incident where she was shot twice in the stomach by her former friend/Rapper Remy Ma. She claims Universal Music Group promotes violence and also failed to act after the shooting. Her attorney says...
"Universal hires and encourages rap artists to act violently and engage in anti-social behavior in order to sell CDs. Thus, part of the performer's persona promoted by the company is to 'keep it real' and remain 'gangsta,"Opening oral arguments began earlier this week in New York Supreme Court.
Remy is currently serving time in New York's penal system with an 8 year sentence to face. There is an ongoing appeal in relation to her conviction which could find her being released earlier, otherwise she will be eligible for release in 2013.

Natalie Nunn Runs Up $5000 Hotel Bill In Someone Else's Name
Nunn walked out on an almost $5,000 bill at the swanky Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas, and fled the country.
She was in The Bahamas for an appearance at the night club “Luna” and she claims the promoter didn’t pay for her agreed expenses but instead put her up at The Atlantis Hotel. She was really angry that she wasn’t paid in full so she enjoyed the room service, drinks and even a swim with the dolphins. when she tried to leave the Bahamas with her brother, they were stopped by the local authorities and weren’t permitted to board the airplane.
“She was scared she was going to get stuck in the country and couldn’t believe the promoter would have the audacity to call the police after he didn’t pay her.”
But her brother came to the rescue. He walked to the other end of the airport, purchased tickets from a different airline and Nunn flew back to the U.S. evading the Bahamian authorities.

The R&B rapper and music producer had talks with the fragrance developers but was stunned when they formed Konvict Cosmetics International and started selling the scent "Konvict" without his approval, the suit says.
Akon wants the company to stop production, according to papers filed yesterday in Manhattan Federal Court. Representatives from Konvict Cosmetics could not immediately be reached for comment.

Ray J and Fantasia both attended Vh1's Upfront presentations at Pier 59 Studios in New York City to announce the network’s new programming, including a second season of “Fantasia for Real”. Well we all know Ray J is not the one for a relationship (at least not right now) but that doesn't mean he doesn't wanna "smash the homie"
