Rapper Method Man plead guilty to tax evasion this week. When he appeared in court, he wrote a check for $40,000 to repay part of the $106,000 he allegedly owes in back taxes. "When he found out about the tax issue he hired someone and immediately corrected it," defense attorney Peter Frankel said. "He took care of it quickly like the good member of our community he is."
I don't understand these celebrities who think they don't have to pay their taxes once a year like the rest of us. Why not pay when you're supposed to instead of going through all this mess later? SMH.
