Legal Trouble: Erykah Badu Might Face Charges For Window Seat Video

Police in Texas are investigating whether to charge the singer with indecent exposure for her “Window Seat” video.

While police were not on the scene, if one witness comes forward to police, she can be charged with indecent exposure. The video was shot March 17 in Dallas at Dealey Plaza where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated.

The racy video shows Badu parking a car and slowly walking to the assassination spot stripping away her clothes.

Bystanders including children are seen in the video as the singer strips completely naked before a gunshot sounds and she falls to the ground with the words “groupthink” pouring out of her head.

The misdemeanor carries a maximum fine of $4,000 and up to one year in jail.

Lets Just Hope Nobody Comes Forward.
