After a short appearance today in a Manhattan court room, He has been given a February 9th sentencing date. XXLMag.com confirmed with his attorney, Stacey Richman, that not only will he be officially sentenced, but he is also scheduled to surrender himself to authorities and be shipped off to prison on that same day. He is expected to face 366 days behind bars.
That date comes just 8 days after his new album "rebirth" is set to release.

Damn homie. But how come celebs always get a future jail date. Like yep..you can go on chilling until feb. Just turn yourself in when its time buddy.
I just dont get it man, all the money and you gon waste a year in prison. Well at least he got enough mix tapes to keep us from missing him too much.
