Neal Carter was born yesterday on November 30th, 2009. This is the fourth child for both of them (Nivea has 3 previous children with singer Dream)
A pajama party was held for Lil Wayne's oldest child, daughter, Reginae over the weekend. Wayne's first son made his first public appearance, Tiny, The OMG Girlz, Monica and her boys were all in attendance.

yeah that dress that Nivea wore, I don't know WHAT she was thinking when she put that on...and Reginae's party looks like SO MUCH FUN!
