Police say Anthony Carrazco, 19. Went door-to-door trying to sell marijuana until the last door he knocked on was the door of an off duty police officer (Wow). The man appeared to be intoxicated and had three ounces of pot and a scale with him, The officer told him he would be right back and went to get his badge and some handcuffs.
He remains in Cameron County Jail, in Texas with $10,000 worth of bonds.
